Dr. Brenner is leading multiple research projects to examine the impact of recreational and physical activity in the prevention of pancreatic cancer. He and his team have recently completed a meta-analysis of physical activity and pancreatic cancer risk, with a particular focus on the impact of dose and timing of physical activity.

Previously we conducted an analysis of the role of physical activity on pancreatic cancer in a large population-based case-control study conducted in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Additional research into the impact of physical activity on pancreatic and other less studied cancers is currently being developed.
